We are happy to accept and consider comments and suggestions from our patients. Please tell us if you are happy with our service or if you have ideas for improvement and we will discuss them with you.

The practice will ensure that patient confidentiality is maintained at all times, by all members of staff. We ask for your personal information so that you can receive appropriate care and treatment. Please advise reception if you change your name, address or telephone number.
